CDC-aligned test protocol

  1. Adjust the handle so the second joint of the index finger is about 90°.
  2. Stand with feet hip-width apart, head straight, arm extended at your side, wrist neutral, and device not touching the body.
  3. Exhale and squeeze quickly and as hard as safely possible. Alternate hands.
  4. Complete 3 trials per hand, allowing about 60 seconds before testing the same hand again.
