This digital hand dynamometer measures hand grip strength up to 198 lb / 90 kg. It does not determine your age or diagnose a health condition.
Is this a grip tester or a resistance trainer?
This product is a digital grip strength tester. Use it to take readings; it is not an adjustable-resistance training gripper. Follow the supplied manual for measurement.
How should I compare readings?
Record the hand tested, handle setting and result. Keep the testing setup consistent when comparing sessions, and follow the supplied manual.
What does the adjustment knob change?
