Thank you for choosing our Handexer Hand Grip Strength Tester. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and satisfactory service. All of our products covered by a 2-year (24-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please read the following terms carefully.

Warranty Statement

If you have any questions about the products purchased from Handexer, please confirm first whether you have filled out the warranty form to activate the warranty service. Once confirmed, kindly provide details of any issues you are encountering. Our customer service team will contact you to provide after-sales support.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period for all of our products is 2 years. Before shipment, all products undergo a double verification. Our testing engineers will conduct quality inspections, including checking the basic functionality, appearance, packaging, and necessary accessories of hardware and software.

If your product becomes damaged during the warranty period and requires repair, please contact the Handexer customer service team. We will provide repair or replacement of equipment or components based on your actual situation.

Warranty Claim Denials

A warranty claim may be denied if:
  • No valid proof of purchase can be provided, or product information (such as the serial number) has been tampered with or obliterated.
  • Man-made damage: This includes but is not limited to drops, crushing, immersion in liquids, foreign objects, and improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear: Wear and aging of the product casing, buttons, and other components due to normal use.
  • Force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents such as fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning strikes.
  • Improper use: Damage caused by use outside the specified range of the product, such as in environments with excessively high or low temperatures, high humidity, or strong magnetic fields.

Additional Terms

No one is authorized to make additional warranties on behalf of Handexer LLC. Except as expressly stated herein, there are no other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any implied warranties, such as those of merchantability and fitness, are limited in duration to the period of coverage specified in this Limited Warranty, unless state law provides otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Handexer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages, including lost profits, damage to persons or property, loss of use, inconvenience, or liability from improper installation, service, or use.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights, which vary from state to state.
